We support students from KS2 to A-Level/IB across a wide range of subjects. If you’re looking for something more specialised (e.g., admissions tests, interview prep, or coding), just message us and we’ll confirm availability and match you with the right tutor.

Lessons are delivered 1:1 online using our interactive classroom, and everything is organised through your student portal (scheduling, lesson links, updates and resources). Our Admin team supports with matching, scheduling and any changes, so it stays simple and stress-free.

Yes – trial lessons are available so you can check the tutor is the right fit. There’s no obligation to continue, and if needed, new students can request one additional trial with a different tutor (maximum two trials per student).

Most sessions are 60 minutes, but some students prefer shorter or longer lessons depending on age, focus, and goals. We’ll recommend what works best during onboarding and can adjust as you go.

A laptop or tablet, reliable Wi-Fi, and a quiet space are ideal. Headphones are optional but helpful for focus. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the student can access the lesson link and join on time.

Yes – most students book sessions after school, evenings, or weekends. We’ll match you with a tutor whose availability fits your routine, and you can reschedule in advance if plans change.

Yes – parents can see lesson summaries, what was covered, and what to work on next through the student portal. This makes progress easy to track and keeps everyone aligned between lessons.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the lesson start time. Cancellations within 12 hours (and no-shows) are normally charged, with exceptions considered for genuine extenuating circumstances at Admin discretion.

Yes – lessons are recorded for quality assurance, safeguarding, training/monitoring, dispute resolution, and continuity of learning. Recordings are stored securely with restricted access and are retained for 90 days.
